My solo 2015 camping trip to Eastern Canada. I hope to visit the states and provinces I have missed so far and complete the list. Planning to leave home on August 1st.

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. Security does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. - Helen Keller
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep, but I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep. - Robert Frost
I found your newfoundland trip on youtube while searching for videos on 2003 Concours bikes (i'm looking into getting one). My wife and I watched the entire thing while googling facts about all the places you visited. I just wanted to thank you for going the distance with the production quality of the video and the commitment to that kind of experience.
I'm 26 and can only hope that I'll be able to achieve the kind of life where I can do these types of trips when I'm older.
Rick are you done with motorcycle trips?? I enjoy your videos immensely and hope to see more, also you should do a video about yourself you seam to be a very interesting man, man gf says you should write a book or 2.
Very impressive trip and video! My hat is off to you. In 2004 I rode from southern NH across Labrador via Baie Comeau. I was riding a 2001 Goldwing. I hit Rt. 389 in better condition than what you did. At that time the trans Labrador from Lab City to Goose Bay was all gravel, and the road stopped there. It was a 12 hour overnight ferry ride to Cartwright , 440 Klicks to Blanc Sablon.to take the ferry to Newfoundland. I don't do these kind of trips any more. I am impressed with your trip. I'll bet you were very thankful that bearing didn't fail at James Bay.....
Wow what an adventure. Very inspiring. I have always wanted to go to newfoundland and labrador. I love how those northern parts of Canada just feel like a discovery. Safe travels!
Howdy, Rick

Thanks, Zac and Bonnie!
DeleteGlad you enjoyed the video. That's actually the shortest of the 3 trips I uploaded, but almost as tough as the Alaska trip.
Don't give up on your dream!
